What is your health and fitness story? Why has it become an important aspect of your life?
As a lifelong athlete participating in multiple sports through high school and continuing soccer at the collegiate level, sports and in turn fitness and exercise have always been a mainstay for me. I began to see the incredible impact both physically and mentally exercise can have. Seeing this impact made me realize the importance of spreading this message to as many people as possible. I know the impact that sports and fitness have had on my life and continue to do so, my goal is to spread the importance of physical activity to as many people as possible.
Why did you decide to become a personal trainer?
I became a personal trainer to best spread the importance of physical activity. Being a personal trainer gives me the platform to have a positive impact of people’s lives by providing the best information and exercise coaching. I also want to bring a different perspective than many trainers looking at ways to prevent injury as well as bridging the gap between injury rehabilitation and return to sport play.
What advice would you give someone considering starting a fitness program?
The best advice I can give is to get started now. It’s never too late, it’s never too early, and it may never like the “right” time. Make the jump, start seeing results, you won’t regret the decision!

Why did I start 360 Fitness?
360 Fitness was founded to make exercise and fitness accessible to people in their busy schedule, and education people on the importance of general physical activity to their health. We use a complete approach to achieve fitness results including unique personalized workout plans, mental mindset, motivation, and nutrition.
How did I start in fitness?
I have been involved in health and fitness, exercise, and sports throughout my life. Starting in high school playing multiple sports, fitness became a habit in my life. This continued into college soccer and studying exercise science. I have continued to be active in health and fitness and have developed a passion for fitness as a whole focusing on more than just physical exercise. I enjoy helping people develop healthy lifestyle habits centered on fitness and their general health and wellness.
Hobbies: Coaching and playing soccer

What is the best way to stay on track with an exercise routine? Having an accountability buddy! We promise to be that partner, and won't let you slack off. Set appointments each week, we'll be there and so will you!
